Facility Use Agreement
_____________________________ (hereafter "Owner") and _______________________ (hereafter "User") hereby agree to the following use agreement regarding the property at ______________________ (hereafter "Facility"):
The Owner agrees to allow the User to occupy the Facility at , strictly for the purposes of .
The User agrees to pay for use of the Facility, including a deposit.
The User agrees to obtain liability insurance with a minimum occurrence limit of and citing the Owner as an additional insured. The Owner must receive the certificate of liability insurance no later than days before the User is permitted to use the Facility.
The User agrees not to damage or modify the Facility in any way, with the following exceptions: .
The User may have a number of people occupying the Facility at any given time, and noise levels may not exceed . The User will be held responsible for any penalties, damages or theft incurred while using the Facility.
The User agrees to abide by all local, state and federal laws while using the Facility.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and all of affiliates, employees and representatives for any loss, injury, damage or theft that occurs at the Facility.
The User is prohibited from occupying at the Facility.
The User agrees to return the Facility to the Owner in its original condition and to pay for any repairs that arise from the User's use of the Facility.
The Owner will provide for the User's use only.
The Owner agrees not to occupy the Facility while it is occupied by the User, except when requested by the User, during emergencies, or with advanced notice of .
Should the User violate the terms and conditions of the use of the Facility, is subject to immediate eviction of the Facility and dissolution of this contract.
Either party may withdraw from this agreement with notice.
